Please pay with a credit card with which we are affiliated.
Electronic Money/QR Code
Transportation card electronic money, ID, QUICPay, PayPay, auPAY, LINEPay, Alipay and UnionPay are accepted.
Pre-payment

If you pay by credit card when you book a car on the website, you will not need to present your credit card upon your departure from the store, thereby shortening the processing time.
Notes on credit card transactions
*We do not accept any other credit cards than described above.
*We do not accept cash payment.
*If you are a foreign citizen, you may be asked to present your residence card.
*The name and address of the customer/driver’s license when booking a car must match that at payment on pick-up or advance payment.
*Additional fees, such as extension fees, must be paid at our pick-up/return location.
*If you selected a form of payment at pick-up, but you wish to cancel the reservation, we will send you an invoice for the cancellation.
*Please contact us if you no longer need to rent the vehicle due to cancellation of an airplane or ship because of unseasonable weather. If you cancel your booking for any other reason, a cancellation fee will be charged.
